This is a diagnostic, not a judgement. Its only value lies in honesty, and nobody else sees your answers unless you choose to send them. A high score obtained by generosity to yourself helps no one; a low score honestly recorded may be the most useful hour you give your church this year.
It is built from two books — The Missing Link in Pentecostal Practice and Building and Leading Spirit-Led Ministries — and it asks the questions those books argue most ministries never ask themselves.

The pattern matters more than the total. Two churches can score 120 for entirely different reasons — one strong in doctrine and weak in care, the other the reverse.

Free to partner churches
No single church can win a city for Jesus. Different things draw different people to Christ, and God has distributed different gifts and preaching styles across His Body for exactly that reason.
How it works. Eight to ten pastors each preach for seven minutes under one theme — Jesus the Saviour of the World — with the great hymns of salvation sung between the messages. Before the night, believers take the 7‑1‑1 Covenant: one name, one hour of prayer a day, seven days, then a personal invitation.
Your first step is smaller than you think. Before anything else is asked, we come to your church for one service, at no charge, to charge your congregation up for the campaign. Nothing further is requested until that has happened.
